How to Develop Your Sales Character

In this week's video, maverick talks about the mindset he uses to prepare for any of his customer-facing meetings. Essentially, he reframes his interactions and activity with customers and prospects as if it were a performance, where he and the others on his team are characters in that performance and each customer meeting is a scene. By using this reframe "trick", he can create better role-plays with teammates and knows his lines through practice for the show.
